New attribute to know how the elements (headings in particular) have to be converted #97

A new mechnism is needed in order to know how an element must be converted while the document is rashed.
Similar as the other that is used, the designed name is: data-original-element.

Added the new attribute "data-rash-original-reference" to store informations about cross-references.

When a rendered reference need to be converted into the stored RASH format, is necessary know its previous reference.
