Self-hosting on an Ubuntu VPS for over a year now. Never had this issue before and dunno how to proceed. Would appreciate any help and glad to provide any other information that could help.

I have the same problem since a couple of months... also interested in a solution, had to discontinue using the app.

I am selfhosting with an Ubuntu container in Proxmox.
