I most likely can't attend this week, except perhaps by phone as my girlfriend drives me to an appointment with a doctor that can't be changed. (I made it last August!)

But I care a lot about the the Executable Spec proposal. I've participated a fair amount in the discussion threads, but don't feel like I fully understand the issues yet. So I'd ask that we postpone final decisions on the EELS where possible.

Can we try to find someone who can lead a working group on a URL standard for chains?

I'd be willing to be a part of the working group. Not sure about leading though.
