What was wrong?
The
ipfshttpclientlibrary relies on thego-ipfsdaemon to access ipfs files. Thego-ipfslib updated to v0.9.0 and theipfshttpclientlibrary threw an error in v0.7.x if the version ofgo-ipfsis greater than 0.8.x.How was it fixed?
The ipfshttpclient team changed the error to a warning in the 0.8.x line, so updated here and made a PR on the ipfshttpclient library to allow for the 0.9.x versions.
