make testnet explorer work for https together with @qzhodl
make testnet faucet work for https when uploaded to ES together with @qzhodl
created a PR to make inbox as contract optional , and a spec for it, to prepare for superchain.
created a PR to back port eth_blobBaseFee required by cast send
debug rpc parse error found by @iteyelmp , added more log
read some articles about based rollup and preconfs
