I was looking at argopy stuff in the Argo Online School notebooks and noted this issue here
I recently set-up 2 repositories on euroargodev to ease binderizing repo.
It's all explained here:
euroargodev/euroargodev.github.io#4

I'm working on a PR to fix some argopy issues on Argo Online School notebooks and I will also add the Binder button on the README to close this issue here

well, because of:

• Allow use of nbgitpuller with binderhub_url launch button jupyter-book/jupyter-book#1235,
• User-configurable JupyterHub / BinderHub launch buttons jupyter-book/jupyter-book#1444,
• Allow multiple JupyterHub/BinderHub instances in launch buttons jupyter-book/jupyter-book#1253,

we can't (yet) use the euroargodev binder config at this point
So I'll work on the Binder hub config directly in here
