Bootstrap and Argon have functionality for header navigation:

Motivation: According to user feedback the easiest way to navigate is currently the sitemap (not a desirable state, is it?).

Pro

• Typical of non-wiki websites
• Supported by Bootstrap/Argon (?)
• Saves space

Contra

• Not the Wiki way (?)
• Fairly limited number of items

Pro

• „The wiki way“
• Can house many more features, links, widgets

Contra

• Takes up a lot of space

There’s also the issue of pages with sub-pages not showing them, making navigation there insanely difficult.

Options:

• Always rely on direct linking
• No use of sub-pages (tags instead?)
• Somehow make pages list their sub-pages (plugin?)
