Description

Since https://github.blog/changelog/2023-02-02-github-actions-updating-the-default-github_token-permissions-to-read-only/ it is required to configure the repo (or the workflow) to have permissions to publish GH pages. See gohugoio/hugoDocs#1991 for example.
