Flame graph for standalone version

Hi folks!

What do you think about flame graph included for standalone version of devtools?

It is not always an option to use chrome devtools, especially for embedded apps. And sometimes event if it is possible to use chrome — performance issues appear in safari.

We can show tabs for standalone version. First one remain current tab — tree inspection. Second would be performance with flame graph (for example we can use this one https://github.com/spiermar/d3-flame-graph )

What do you think? If it's good to go I can work on PoC.
