Restrict Admin Role

The merchant doesn't have a way to restrict access to the backend actions available in Backend of Magento > System > Tools > Cache Management to:

• Flush Fastly CDN by content type
• Flush Fastly CDN by store
• Quick Purge
• Purge All

For restricted Admin: This role needs to be able to flush common cache's in Magento, mainly "Configuration" and "Page Cache". This role does not see the checkboxes to select which caches to flush
