Possibly requires a patch of gphoto2, issue manifests itself as following:

  • Videos that take >30s to transfer can not be fully transferred
  • Long directory listings (that take >30s) can not be fully transferred

The origin of this problem lays in the Nikon Wifi implementation, which kicks out any connected clients which do not have an open PTP control connection after 30s.
