Patched 0.7.3

As we have 30 unmerged pull requests now, I merged almost all of them into my unofficial branch "patched_0.7.3" for convenience.

• Fixed many bugs.
• Much improved diagnoses of engine troubles. (Show GTP console during initial tuning of KataGo #677, Show error dialog for typical engine troubles #747, Record startup log for #756 even when printCommunication is not set #759)
• Added new features by @yzyray and @TFiFiE.
  • Improve subboard and add option not refresh variation when displayed #650 on subboard...
    • mouse hover to stop flicker
    • mouse wheel to change variation length
    • left/right click to show nth variation
  • Option to opaquely paint grayscale territory prediction on board #656 grayscale territory (toggled by Shift+Period key)

I cannot offer its binary by myself since I have no Windows machine.

Excluded PRs

• Add play sound #651 (sound): It has sound files whose origin and license are unknown.
• Improve handicap support #682 (handicap): Revert free handicap for KataGo (ref. #554, #682, #734) #737 reverts the problematic feature of free handicap.
• Dialog crash fixes + updated .gitignore #663 (dialog), Small sysout println changes #664 (println): They seem to be duplicated in Commentpane to swing component #696.
• Commentpane to swing component #696 (comment): This PR...
  • includes unrelated commits.
  • conflicts with other commits.
  • changes UI layouts as a side effect.
  • ignores the menu View > Panel > Comment.

Thank you very much! That must have been a lot of work. I will merge this later today once I review the changes. Then I can also update KataGo to the latest version and this will release as 0.7.4.
