Business Reason

As a developer or QA, I will be able to automatically run the Sprint-8 test scripts using the Cypress e2e framework so that I can run regression tests in an automated fashion.

Acceptance Criteria

If I want to run the Sprint test scripts to retest the tickets

When I run the automated tests in the Cypress framework

Then I will get a report on which scripts failed and which passed

After consulting Shelly and Mitchell, ticket #130 is no longer going to be covered by E2E tests due to the limitations of Cypress in handling links to outside websites.

Passes code review. One test had a timeout that was noted and will be addressed when sprint-10 e2e tests written.
