We already have copr-specific playbooks for deploying Pulp:
https://github.com/fedora-copr/debate/blob/main/2023-08-20-fedora-infra-ansible-pulp.md

However, we are not going to use our own instance, Pulp folks deployed it for us. STG instance is here https://pulp.stage.devshift.net/ and production will be added shortly.
