I also have the same problem when I run the code on my laptop.
Usually, it requires you to install ninja, cudatoolkit, and cudann.
Also try rm -rf cache/torch_extensions/*

However, I have the same problem when I run the code on Linux-base cluster. I still couldn't find a solution for this scenario.
