As above, can't update Store, no update button.

Run with Administrator on PowerShell:

Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Then start the Store, now update button can be found.
