As per #354 gas outputs from height 343200 to 413435 are incorrect since they don't take FIP-0009 into account. Rerun visor's messages task from 343200 to 413435 and update the data in derived_gas_outputs.

This issue will be updated with an upper height range once the head indexer has been updated with the changes in #356
