Lotus Lite: Check backing node version on startup

Right now when lotus-lite is started with a too-old version of lotus-gateway it can be broken in some unexpected ways

in the lite node constructor, we are connecting to the v1 api by default, however its unstable.
The right thing to do here is that we check the api version lotus lite and the node it connects to before making the call
