Add alert when Beryx token expires #1623

Every n months, we need to rotate the Beryx token, otherwise Station Desktop won't be able to list wallet transactions and other state.

Currently, we notice when CI starts failing.

Ideally, build an alert that tracks the remaining days and triggers when it's too low, or alternatively at least alert once the token has expired
