When running this buildpack, I noticed it only supports Rails 3. Could you add Rails 4 support?

-----> Writing config/database.yml to read from DATABASE_URL
# ...
-----> Rails plugin injection
       Injecting rails_log_stdout
       Injecting rails3_serve_static_assets

Hey there!

Unfortunately, we don't use & test this buildpack anymore. If you would like to modify it and submit a Pull Request to add Rails 4 support, I would be very happy to merge it!
