When receiving PDFs from untrusted sources, my workflow includes downloading the file, using the --sanitize option of pdf-redact-tools, then OCRing the file with Adobe Acrobat. I can OCR all PDFs in a folder, including folders within folders. It would be so helpful if pdf-redact-tools were able to function recursively too. Honestly I don't know if this is more complicated than I realize. If so, please don't worry about it!
