map Arena to new element type while keeping indices the same

I want to be able to clone arena so that it has all the same indices (generation and actual index), but with different elements. Something like https://docs.rs/petgraph/0.6.0/petgraph/stable_graph/struct.StableGraph.html#method.map. Is there a way of doing this currently?
