[Feature] fully sunset full_statement_version=false code

Describe the Feature

in v0.9.3 we mentioned that we were deprecating full_statement_version=false but would still support the code related to it.

now, view_sql and sql have been fully removed as columns, so we can fully sunset the full_statement_version business
