Undistributed menu access

When I use "admin" and "1" as username and password to login,I got the prompt:notAuthority:"Undistributed menu access the account, please contact the administrator to add it!",what's wrong with it?Please give me some suggestions to solve it.Thanks!

When I set the db as sqllite,the function is OK.But ,when the db is sqlserver or mysql,the undistributed menu access error occurred.
