Blender Flatpak: Failed to Create OptiX Denoiser

Ever since updating to nvidia-535-54-03, blender flatpak can no longer create the optix denoiser, here's the message that shows up while running blender from the terminal.

E0617 07:43:34.782245 55 denoiser_optix.cpp:572] OptiX denoiser creation has failed.

Whereas on the repo version, as well as the website version, the OptiX denoiser works as intended. Here's a side by side with the arch repo version.

Installed Flatpaks

OS: Arch Linux
GPU: RTX 3090
Driver Version: 535.54.03
Kernel: 6.3.8-zen1-1-zen

Blender version downloaded with Blender Launcher works fine.

Blender 3.6.5
OptiX
NVidia driver - 535.129.03
Flatpack version - black screen after denoise
Manually downloaded Blender (with Blender Launcher) - works perfect!
