Describe the bug
When user creates new project and chooses only tizen, then he does npx rnv tizen certificate and he can choose between tizen, tizenwatch, tizenmobile (tizenmobile is actually deprecated from rnv). When he chooses tizenwatch for example commands finishes successfully, how is that possible. Also would be nice if use could choose multiple tizen platforms from that question For which platform do you want to set the new certificate?

To Reproduce

1. Create new project with template starter with only tizen platform
2. Do npx rnv tizen certificate
3. Choose tizenwatch (also not able to choose multiple)
4. Command finishes successfully

• RNV Version 1.4.0-rc.1
• template-starter Version 1.3.0-rc.1
