New files not being detected in new or empty folders

gaze is not triggering event - this issue should be in gaze repository. New version of gaze is affected to. I think this is related - shama/gaze#103

The title is still misleading. Even if a folder has files in it - files are not being detected.
Is there anything I can do to make gaze detect them ? Maybe use an older version or something ?

@justnorris Unfortunately I don't have an answer. Maybe there is more stable watcher out there. Lets move discussion to #56
