[Feature Request] Add a new engine: ESLint Stylistic

I would like to add ESLint stylistic engine. ESLint Stylistic contains rules that were deprecated from older versions of ESLint.

Workaround:
We can use the plugin individually, but it would be nice if it was included in Code Analyzer.

@johnbelosf - this can be held off. We figured out a better solution for stylistic.
