I created this on behalf of neozhu who originally posed his question in the run-code-analyzer repo as: forcedotcom/run-code-analyzer#25

--target "force-app/main/**/*.cls,force-app/main/**/*.js,!force-app/main/**/__test__/**"

doesn't seem to exclude the test folders like it should.
