Replace CM_Get_Device_Interface_ListW with alternative API for enumerating HID devices.

Tested approaches:

Try to resolve symlink target with GetFinalPathNameByHandle #10: GetFinalPathNameByHandleW: Always seem to return err=1 (Incorrect function.)
Switch to using SetupDi for enumerating HID devices #9: Instance information seem to be lacking in the HW IDs.
