common.kll killTree == true uses ps-tree which is a unix only module #52

TBH, not really sure if there is a way around this. If you set killTree: false, then common.kill will work correctly.

An added issue with the ps-tree module is that, per indexzero/ps-tree#6, it is unlicensed - its owner @indexzero has not posted a license for the module, so it's not kosher for use in some environments.

Isn't it better to disable killTree option on Windows? At least for now? It took me sometime to figure out the problem when i was choosing a wrapper module that works on the both development(windows) and production(linux) .
