Describe the bug
power off alarm doesn't work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

select power off alarm
Give the app required permition
Set alarm after 1 hour
Turn off the phone (you will not see that there is an alarm set while the phone power is off)
wait till the alarm time

Expected behavior
the phone ia turned on and the alarm will work.
