Add a mark as read button in Notifications Fragment.

Actual Behaviour

The notifications can't be marked as read.

Expected Behaviour

Allow a user to mark a notification as read by providing a button in the NotificationsFragment. The API supports this functionality(Updating a notification).
There can also be a "mark all as read" to mark all of them at once.
