Stream.On not a function

NPM install works with no errors getting packages. Running foundation build or npm run build fails with an error that ' TypeError: stream.on is not a function'

The error is in foundation-zurb-template, not foundation-sites and there it is in readable-stream (peer dependency).

Please try switching to NodeJS 8. The issue is in reable-stream and its dependencies.
Or try upgrading readable-stream.
