Over in Debian, we're seeing builds of inline-c hang on all 32-bit architectures (armel, armhf, i386, mipsel) with GHC 9.0.2. We're seeing it with 0.9.1.6, but it seems like it also happened with 0.9.1.0.

I suppose it's possible that it's a GHC bug too. Not sure how to best investigate.
