What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch wbar
2. maximize window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Wbar remain visible, instead its covered.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest, 2.2.2.

Please provide any additional information below.
just a small request i have is that you give wbar a strut policy. I love this
app, and in Openbox its not a big deal, you just set the edge margin. But I'm
experimenting with IceWM and i cant set edge margins in it so i lose my wbar
functionality sadly :/. here is to hoping you guys can implement this.

That would be great! especially with the new "offset" option.
