CRM portal crashes when selecting more than one agent in "Assign To" field in lead details page.

I have experienced portal crashes and then the browser get hanged while am selecting more than one agent in Assign To from lead details. Also the "_assign" field i cannot add to create/edit forms and when am adding the label and other details is missing

Regarding the same i have created a custom app and tried to add some multi select fields to the CRM via hooks.py but the same is not working properly in frontend. more details can be found here about the same
