Linux runners routinely run out of disk space building haskell-language-server #78

I've been building and uploading the ghc-* packages for Linux on my local machine because the GitHub runners don't have enough disk space to build it. Self-hosted runners aren't permitted because this is a public repository. I'm not sure how to address this annoyance.
