As part of the Xenial transition (#3204), we may encounter some instances with workstations that have not been updated in a long time (since pre-0.4 days), and where existing "update your workstation" docs will not suffice. For those folks, it would be good to have standard documentation for re-provisoning fresh Admin and Journalist Workstations that we can point to.
