PACER Assigned to Judge fields not updating

RECAP is somehow not updating the "Assigned to" judge fields. Compare recent PACER screenshot, with CL docket: https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/67538258/tremblay-v-openai-inc/

It may be that this particular docket is not parsing correctly because this case has multiple "referred to" magistrate judges.

Hm, I just found a simpler version of this over in https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/67819714/passantino-v-weissmann/.

Seems like we might not be merging correctly. I'll move this over to the RECAP team and CL repo.
