Bytte database provider fra MongoDB til PostgreSQL. Nødvendig for å frigjøre oss fra AWS-oppsettet slik det er i dag og for å kunne serve portalen fra AWS SpareBank 1 sitt Kubernetes-oppsett som kun tillater PostgreSQL.
