Rather than forcing the IAM role name to be <service-name>-<stage>-<function-name>-<region>-lambdaRole, can it be defined something like this?

custom:
  serverless-iam-roles-per-function:
    iamRoleNamePrefix: prefix
    iamRoleNameSuffix: suffix
    # iam role name becomes `prefix-<function-name>-suffix`
