We need to update how the forwarder manages logs. This involves making the following changes:

Create a distinct log for each forwarder, rather than one log per endpoint.
Reduce the amount of logs created and remove results as they pass through.
Report logs to CloudWatch.
Capture exception logs for later analysis.
