This is a quick app I wrote in an evening two days before my final oral exam, back in school. It was meant as an example for what you can accomplish using Node and Socket.IO.
Feel free to do whatever you want with it, but keep in mind the code is a bit rough, unoptimized, probably buggy and also insecure (it's quite easy to crash the server by sending the wrong data). This app was really only meant as a proof of concept, but I could expand on it in the future (or merge your changes if you do!).
To install, clone this repo on your PC, cd into the folder and then go: npm install. That should install all of the dependencies.
To start the app, run: node app.js
