Add a dedicated interface for collection types in Workflow input field

Collections can be of several shapes *(list, list:paired, list:list:paired etc.), and the current input field in the Workflow editor input collection form:

... does not make this clear to the user.

Maybe the user could benefit from a interface that explains to them / aids them better somehow in defining the structure of the collection.
