Gazebo-classic uses Ogre 1's SkyX to display the sun, moon and clouds, as well as change the sky color according to the time of day.

We should port that functionality to Ignition so that the SDF <sky> tag can be processed.

pull request #168 added skybox in ogre2 for a regular camera.

Todo: still need to make skybox work for a depth camera
