Ladder climbing does not work

Ladder climbing also doesn't work for me - using no clip as workaround.

I'm gonna need some details on which ladder and map exactly

Jeff level where you collect the 3 power cells, the ladder back up - is inconsistent for me. and the ladder in the room outside where the 3 power recepticals doesn't work if you stand right next to the ladder, but if you move back a little, then try and climb it works ok.

I didn't keep exact track of it - (I had longer breaks while I played the game) - BUT it worked in the beginning lioke first chapters, then it stopped working like on 1/3 of the game - BUT I could climb some ladders in the final levels.
I am sorry I can't give you more info - I will if I decide to replay it and the bug still appears.

The exact same issue allpies to crouching btw - worked in the beginning of the game, then stopped and never came back :/

Crouching works ok for me, I'm about 3/4 of the way through though.
