To make Geoman working with RTL Languages you need to change the tooltip CSS of Leaflet Core (Bug: Leaflet/Leaflet#7201):

Before:

Add this CSS:

.leaflet-tooltip-pane > * {
    direction: rtl;
}
.leaflet-tooltip-pane {
    direction: ltr;
}

After:
