Configurable filter

Description

I would like to request adding th search of datahub on other metadata stored in th geonetwork, for example services, mapdigitals or another thing which have a metadata (organizations, collaborative metadata, reuses).

Motivation

This request stems from the fact that now there is no configuration but a filter in the source code.

Inspiration and context

This request takes inspiration from metadatas. when a user has the possibility of configuring a technical object which can be referenced with metadata reuse, applications, etc), it must be accessible to others in the datahub

Maybe it needs to have also different templates or capacity to define theses templates in order to restitute the metadata correctly in the datahub.

Somethng that came up a few times was that we'd need specific templates for the different types.
