Describe the bug

When opening the application an going to https://cartes.gouv.fr/catalogue/dataset/RPG_2-2.xml , i see that
image

However, there are legalconstraints in my metadata :

https://data.geopf.fr/csw?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://standards.iso.org/iso/19115/-3/mdb/2.0&elementSetName=full&ID=RPG_2-2.xml

Expected behaviour

The application should show a metadataquality at 100%

This sounds like it could be fixed by #945, which version of the project are you using?

It's still the v2.2.0, i will update it to the latest release to see if it fixes it.

I updated the project with the latest changes, but the result is the same. We can't reach 100%.

Is it still missing legal constraints to reach 100%? If yes, could you please share one of the records you expect to have reach 100%? Thanks!
